Developing Emotional Intelligence for Greater Self-Awareness and Connection
11 June 2026, 14.00 – 15.30 CET
Emotional intelligence (EQ) shapes how we understand ourselves, respond to challenges, and connect with others. It’s the foundation of personal growth, resilience, and meaningful relationships at work.
In this workshop, you will explore the four core areas of EQ—self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management—through practical, hands-on activities. You’ll experience each area in action, reflect on your own patterns, and discover ways to bring more empathy, balance, and authenticity into your everyday interactions.
By the end of the session, you’ll be able to define each area through your own experience and take away practical tools to help you sharpen your EQ in your workplace communications and relationships.

Assertiveness in the Workplace
11 February 2026, 14.00 – 15.30 CET
In today’s dynamic environment, the ability to communicate with clarity and confidence is essential. Whether managing competing priorities, collaborating across teams, or navigating difficult conversations, assertiveness helps you build strong relationships and achieve results—without compromising respect or trust.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore what it truly means to be assertive and how it differs from passive or aggressive behaviours. Through discussion and practical scenarios, you’ll identify your communication strengths, clarify what you need to be effective, and learn how to express those needs while considering others’ perspectives. You’ll also practise giving a “positive no” to manage your workload and commitments with confidence.
Join us to strengthen your ability to speak up with impact, set healthy boundaries, and communicate in ways that earn respect and build credibility.
